2. Use of the Platform

RaceKita is an online marketplace connecting event organizers with participants for running events. Additionally, we provide information on various running events, including events not hosted or directly affiliated with RaceKita.

2.2 Accuracy of Event Information
Event details, such as dates, locations, schedules, and availability, are sourced from event organizers and other public resources.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, some details may change, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
Users are encouraged to verify event details through the original event website and official announcements from event organizers.

2.3 Account Registration
Users are required to register and maintain an account to access certain features. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • Update your information promptly to keep it accurate.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

3. Ticket Purchases

3.1 Pricing
Ticket prices and availability are determined by event organizers and may vary. RaceKita is not responsible for discrepancies, changes, or errors in pricing.
Additional charges, including taxes and processing fees, may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3.2 Payment
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. RaceKita does not store your payment details.
By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of the selected payment processor.

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Once payment has been completed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
Refunds or cancellations will only be applicable in cases where the event is canceled or postponed, and any such policies will be governed solely by the event organizer.
RaceKita does not process or facilitate refunds. Any refund requests must be made directly to the event organizer unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Ticket Transfers
Tickets purchased through RaceKita are non-transferable.

4. Responsibilities of Event Organizers

4.1 Event Information
Event organizers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete details about their events, including date, location, pricing, and terms.

4.2 Compliance
Organizers must ensure their events comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and permits.

4.3 Indemnity
Organizers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaceKita against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their events or conduct.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Platform Scope
RaceKita acts as a ticket-selling platform and a source of event information.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of event details provided by organizers or third parties.
We are not liable for any cancellations, delays, or other disruptions related to events.

5.2 Indirect Damages
RaceKita is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury, arising from your use of the platform or participation in events.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
All content on RaceKita, including logos, text, design, and software, is owned by RaceKita or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6.2 User Submissions
By submitting content (e.g., reviews, feedback), you grant RaceKita a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations.

7. Privacy
Your use of RaceKita is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of personal data.

8. Termination

8.1 Grounds for Termination
RaceKita may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these T&Cs or any applicable laws. Grounds include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity.

8.2 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination:

  • You will lose access to your account and any associated data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaceKita and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these T&Cs, or your participation in events.
